Ebenezer Massawe has been a Chief Officer at UBX since 2021. He joined the company in 2011 as a Technical Sales Executive at BCX, progressed to Manager for Sales, and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2015 — managing sales and formulating strategic marketing plans aligned with Business Connexion Group’s strategy.
In 2018 he became Senior Manager for Innovation and Business Development, developing ideas that could serve as solutions in the broader market and exploring cross-border markets for the company’s solutions. As Chief Officer, his focus is nurturing strategic relationships and leading innovation towards the company’s objectives.
