Erick Ndedya has over 17 years in the Information and Communications Technology industry. His career with UBX began in February 2006 as a Systems Engineer; he became Senior Systems Engineer in 2008, Senior Manager responsible for delivering IT services to internal and external clients in 2012, and Chief Information Technology Officer in 2021 — managing all aspects of technology within the company, including customer services, partner relationships and business expansion strategies.
His achievements include significant revenue growth, successful transitioning of services, substantial cost reductions in network connectivity, securing business partnerships with notable OEMs, and championing the PCI DSS certification of UBX infrastructure within six months.
